Refactor download and import of ISO.  Check updates pockets when downloading
ISOs and checking for upgrades (fall back to release pocket if there is no
-updates for release). -u/--update argument will replace an existing cobbler
distro with a newer ISO while preserving sub-profiles and systems. Also,
allow '-v' to print debug info.
