this release contains:
if user wishes to add IP manually, he can do this by specifing IPs in sync partners page. Right now IP must be entered in this fashion
ip:port (e.g. 127.0.0.1:8000)
I havnt made it to work without specifying port because we do not have any default port concept for web services
