* Changed logging from http polling to serial port. This brings the following
  improvements:
  * preseed/early_command cannot run background jobs with initrd preseeding.
  * Removes the need for preseed/early_command. It is handled by init.
  * Ability to catch early failures between the moment init starts and network
    is up. 
  * Limitation: logging occurs during init life. Not before nor after. As a 
    consequence, it doesn't catch early boot and late shutdown failures
