(1) install.pxelinux.cfg: added 'DEBCONF_DEBUG=developer' so that we will haave a debug log on D-I on failures; (2) templates/preseed/maverick: added whole directory; (3) templates/preseed/maverick/base: adjusted 'd-i mirror/country' from 'enter information manually' to 'manual'
