Profiler log in MongoDB 2.4 had changed from 2.0 and none of my regexes
worked. This implements support for Mongo 2.4 and to keep code simple
I have removed the 2.0 related code. The approach pioneered here
should make it easier to support different log formats in the future
(including adding back 2.2 and 2.0 support if needed).

Also added support for "command" operations, for example getLastError
and aggregation framework queries are such.
