More cleaning up after the libnetfilter_queue branch merge.

- Changed some sizeof(type) style size deductions to 
  sizeof(*pointer) style in fw_init_context
- Removed iptables-devel dependency from the packaging config files.
- Realigned variable declarations in rewrite.c
