Merged Debian packaging of Widelands 1:18-3.
Remaining patches applied:
    
* Adjust boost dependency to fix FTBFS on Ubuntu 12.04
* Alternative font dependencies for older releases
* Removed patch for kFreebsd. It has been included in trunk and therefore triggers a conflict when attempting to reapply it.
