Update triggers to include both archive syncproxy hosts - RT#116072
This is temporary while we transition from wahoo to behaim and a new
set of IPs. We still want the old, wahoo, to trigger syncs from
community mirrors for a while as it's unlikely they've all updated the
SSH authorized_keys (and firewall rules) to allow the new set of IPs.
