Changed the Menu system. Menu is more 'interactive' (i.e. you can use the cursor keys to change the selected option and use Enter/Return to determine what gets executed).

Currently menu is quite hard coded, and more of a proof of concept/rushed version. Hopefully will get time to improve upon the implementation for 0.3 release.

Main Menu, what is presented on entering the game. Curently has the following choices:
Settings, Help, New Game

Settings has no options at the moment. Does not exist yet.
Helo has 3 choices:
Instructions, Support and Back.

Instructions loads the instructions window from previous versions.
Support, opens a new tab in a web browser (hopefully), pointing to the Launchpad page for questions.
Back returns to prev. menu.

New Game starts a new game.
