Initial build with basic functionality
 - install works on 4.3 and 4.4 AOSP and stock images
 - uses /cache or application folder for download
 - reboots to recovery using PowerManager if possible, otherwise su reboot recovery command
 - All downloads and installing is done on UI thread for the moment (service skeleton added)
 - Release tokens are hardcoded
