Support Ubuntu Touch upgrade.
* Added Upgradeable checking script, check if upgrade image available in /cache
* New Intent Servcie for Upgrade.
* make doInstallUbuntu works with images file stored in [[/cache.]]
* Extract utils into app files dir, and keep theme there for
