Dualboot app refactor:
 - General rework of statemachine, so buttons always represent real state
 - download pause works
 - install packages can be sideloaded 
 - Storage information is shown for existing installation
 - update server is dected from installed system if available 
 - Ubuntu can be updates from app without reinstall
 - If Ubuntu upgrader already downloaded update, it is used by dualboot app
 - download and installation can continue in background
 - installation continues automatically after download is completed if battery level is sufficient 
 - Android updates should be detected and Android can be updated using Dualboot app without uninstalling Ubuntu
 - service is bound to activities, so progress state and cancelation can be called directly
 - terminal output is updated even if app was in background 
 - added notifications for download/install progress 
 - added notification for install completion if completed in background
 - added notification for available/pending Android/Ubuntu update
 - code cleaning
