        * *.in: removed a bunch of files created by the build process.
        * include/usblcd.h: fixed prototype for (as yet unimplemented)
                flash()
        * lib/usblcd.c: typo.  fixed flash()
        * src/Makefile.am: removed usblcd_util.h as it only contained
                is_number()
        * src/main.c: significant rewrite to eliminate strung-together ifs.
                eliminated unworking/unimplemented code.
