Changing the root file system build for ivi means that /etc/resolv.conf is NOT in the rootfs as chroot_utils expects. A copy from the host must still be copied into the chroot during the hardware pack creation, but original copy can't be set aside first because there's no no original copy. Fix the mv/cp/mv back logic to reflect this.
