new features:
- pen tool for vector editing
- separated move tool and vector pointer tool
- clean up input when importing (takes longer but resolves a lot of beginner confusion), implements progress dialog
- a few bug fixes and revisions, move/select tool now behaves correctly when using shift/ctrl keys.
