Added i18n support
Started marking strings for translation
Modified setup.cfg and setup.py for i18n
Moved gwibber.desktop in gwibber.desktop.in as translations of those strings can now happen in the po file
Marked some string in preferences.glade as non translatable
Craeted initial structure in po/ directory
