* Enable cgo support (LP: #1361946), thanks to Michael Hudson and
Seetharami Seelam:
- d/p/cmdcgo.patch: Add Makefile and configuration information for
ppc64 builds.
- d/p/0002-link-with-pthread-on-arm64.patch: Ensure pthread is used
on arm64.
