Use a Python test harness to run a bunch of the tests.
Rather than setting up an OBEX server running over Bluetooth RFCOMM, run
it over a UNIX domain socket. This doesn't require two Bluetooth
adapters, and means we are just testing OBEX -- not the Bluetooth stack
too.
