* etc/grub.d/09_snappy:
- Removed debug.
- Reworked to work within a chroot (where lsblk does not return
full details).
- Call new handle_menu_entry() outside of a loop so that it is easier
to understand the logic wrt handling the "this" and "other" root
filesystems.
