* ubuntucoreupgrader/tests/test_upgrader.py: New test suite.
* bin/ubuntu-core-upgrade: Internal restructure to make testing easier.
* man/ubuntu-core-upgrade.1: Added '--root-dir'.
* ubuntucoreupgrader/parser.py:
- Honour '--tmpdir' now.
- Handle '--root-dir'.
- Made output more consistent.
