* partition/partition.go:
- Make DualRootPartitions() and SingleRootPartition() part of the
PartitionInterface.
- RunWithOther(): Fail if system only has a single rootfs (safer).
* snappy/systemimage.go:
- otherPart(): Guard against a single root system and an empty other partition.
