* lib/Makefile.am:
- Use plain-text ABI dump, rather than .tar.gz version to allow
changes to be easily diff'ed.
- Pass path to official ABI to script to avoid script determining it.
* lib/run_abi_checker.sh.in: Use provided official ABI path.
* Renamed lib/abi_dumps/ to lib/abi/.
