* Changes Session::warn_id to Session::warn_query_id
* Makes Session::query_id and Session::warn_query_id private members
* Adds getters and setters for above members
* Changes ReplicationServices::initTransactionMessage() to use
  Session::getQueryId() instead of Session::getTransactionId()
