Add support for SVG commands h, H, v, V when reading paths for key outlines.

Inkscape seems to insert these lately when simply saving existing layouts.
I also added error handling and a warning if the bounding box of 
a parsed SVG path is empty. That should prevent division by zero errors 
if paths become incompatible again in the future.
