[r=rharding][bug=][author=rharding] Move session storage to mongodb.
- Pull mongodb_beaker, using our own fork
- Make charmworld.egg-info PHONY in Makefile to reload new entry point for
beaker.
- Make sure we delete sessions on logout to prevent storage backing up and
just makes sense.
