[Launcher] Default option to fix JavaFX on Windows

There is a problem with JavaFX rendering on Windows 10 that causes the
Chunky window to be rendered blank when using the hardware JavaFX
renderer. We work around this by adding -Dprism.order=sw to the default
Java options for launching Chunky on Windows.
