[IMP] US-2080: A reverse proxy providing TLS security
The reverse proxy itself is from github.com/Unifield/revprox.
Running it with -version will show which commit it came from.
The reverse proxy is started as a child of OpenERP Web,
so that they have shared fate (one dies, the other dies)
and shared startup/config systems.
Logs from revprox are copied into the OpenERP Web logs.
