9		Merging branch "draft-docs". Merging branch "draft-docs". This introduces a project documentation skeleton in reStructured text format using the Sphinx processor. Sources are in docs/source. To build, install Sphinx (preferably > 1.0) and use:   $ cd docs   $ make html (inside the ./docs folder). Then open the index file in your browser:   $ firefox build/html/index.html It's preferable to operate within a virtual environment; this is because, in the future, we will generate API documentation, in which case the sphinx executable needs to be aware of the included libraries.
