Merged simplify-command.
The Command class in commandant.commands has been complete removed.
Commandant now works natively with bzrlib.commands.Command
subclasses. CommandHelpTopic.get_text has been updated to return
the text generated by bzrlib.commands.Command.get_help_text, and the
code that did this manually has been updated to use CommandHelpTopic.
