Re-implemented gphoto_ccd in C++. This will make it easier to manage dynamic properties in the future
Added capability to read all properties from camera and make them visible from INDI.
* Requires uncommenting SHOW_ALL_OPTIONS from gphoto_ccd.h
* properties won't yet refresh (they only get fetched during a connect
