Make sure sources files haven't changed in tests [trivial] [r=therve] [f=916301]

Some tests that tested the smart-update and apt-update calls could fail,
if the system apt sources files had changed recently. The sources.list
file was already set to a nonexisting file, but the sources.list.d
directory wasn't, which caused spurious failures.
