Implemented custom link generation for launching a VSO query matching each image layer.
Implemented custom link generation for launching an SDO AIA/HMI Cut-out Service query matching the appropriate image layers, imageScale, and Viewport region-of-interest.
Implemented updating of SDO Cut-out Service Xcen/Ycen/Width/Height input fields based on Viewport.
Updated SDO Cut-out Service preview thumbnails to match the aspect ratio of the Viewport.
Added toggling enable/disable state of input fields, text labels, and buttons for SDO Cut-out Service accordion when SDO AIA/HMI layers are added or removed.  Inactive by default.
