Adds tracking parameters to external HEK HER API requests. 
Simplifies several event-related class definitions. 
Fixes a bug that was causing the checkbox UI to become unresponsive. 
Displays HEK event marker icons (for now). 
Fetches all relevent events once, rather than with each to checkbox click. 
Toggles event visibility by type and/or FRM when checkboxes are clicked without needing to refetch data. 
Clears away old events and markers and fetches/creates new ones on timestamp change.

Plots event markers using actual helioprojective cartesian coordinates from HEK.
