[r=gmb][bug=][author=gmb] Backport documentation changes from r2260 of trunk:

 - Add documentation to cover the fast and default installers.
 - Update existing documentation on nodes to include links to relevant
   resources (e.g. DHCP configuration)
 - Explain enlistment prerequisites properly.
 - Update instructions for importing boot images to reference
   the clusters tab rather than the settings page.
