HOWTO.juju: almost functional juju

I'm now able to get to 2 sytems reported as up, and almost functional
I did run into zookeeper timeouts probably due to general load.

However, this is mostly functional at this point using juju
from trunk at revno 442. and mysql and wordpress charms at "now" 
on precise "now"
