[r=jtv][bug=][author=julian-edwards] Fix some problems that were introduced with the branch that added supported_subarches: Ignore blank supported_subarches when calling BootImage.register_image, and ensure that supported_subarches is also ignored when pruning deleted images in the report_boot_images job.
