Add MIDI mapping for American Audio VMS2 DJ controller. It is mainly
based on the VMS4 mapping that is included in mixxx already with some
enhancements.

* support for rotational navigation knob
  * up/down buttons select prev/next track
  * left/right buttons select prev/next playlist
  * knob button switches between track/playlist select
  * rotating knob selects prev/next element
* hold switch to use jog wheel for faster scrolling through tracklist
* hold vinyl button to scratch
* map secondary IN/OUT/RELOOP to kill switches for Low/Mid/High
