- save collections as IDs in the SOLR index and get them from DB when reading them fom index
- changed year_faceting for intervals like 1800-1899 in the first step and 1850-1859 in the second faceting step because single years are not helpful
- added functinality 'remove selected facet' to enlarge amount of hits
- removed ($count) from selected facet
