lib/makepkg.py, update_package(): Clean up old data/ when updating a package

This fixes the case when the previous update of that package installed a file
which now moved to a different class. This caused the file to get installed in
two different packages, causing a conflict.
      
This assumes that the update tarballs are always complete wrt. the base
tarball, i. e. we don't have "delta delta" tarballs against the last delta
export. This is currently the case for Launchpad.
