Updated to the lastest (and hopefully last) patch for Numexpr 1.3.1,
namely, the avoiding of a copy for unaligned arrays on Intel platforms.
This can lead to up a 25% improvement of the time for both in-kernel
and indexed queries for unaligned tables.
