Point your mouse pointer to the Applications Menu icon and click it

Point your mouse cursor to the 'Accessibility' icon under the "Settings Manager" section and click it

This test will check that Xfce4 Accessibility Settings allows to enable and configure Assistive Technologies
Open Accessibility either from a terminal window or from the applications menu
Accessibility dialogue window opens with the 'Assistive Technologies' tab selected
Tick the 'Enable Assistive Technologies' checkbox
A message informs that Assistive technologies will be available at the next login
Xfce desktop will be enabled and xfce4-session will load the required modules so the toolkit (Gtk) can communicate with Orca, the suite of utilities for the visually impaired
Point your mouse cursor to the "Keyboard" tab and click it
Selected/active tab changes to "Keyboard" tab
Tick the 'Sticky Keys' checkbox
