- Multipart units work now
- Handlers can now be removed from a Signal while it's triggering (similar to
how entity removal works in World)
- You can now multiply Matrix44 * Vector2 or Matrix44 * scalar
- Fixed some matrix calculations (row vs column notation mixup)
- Shells now face their velocity: added ProjectilePhysicsComponent
- Prevented shells from (usually) passing through the terrain by extruding
their collision geometry forward
- Various other fixes
