Fixing the debian/copyright file to bring it into comformance with
the current Dep5 formatted copyright draft proposal.
* changed Format-specification: to point to current version of Dep5.
* added License: * to top stanza. while not strictly necessary, aids
readability
* moved redundant statements about where the Apache-2.0 license text can
be found on disk to a single free-standing stanza
* corrected license assertions to be 'Apache-2.0'. Previous syntax is
non-conforming
* removed line indicating where pom.xml was downloaded from. Is this
necessary? If it is, I am not certain how to accommodate this
within Dep5.
