Add pam-kwallet4 and pam-kwallet5 back to the seed

they are respectively unlocking kwalletd and kwalletd5. usage is dependent
on the pam configs of the login manager. sddm has been adjusted accordingly,
lightdm pending a merge, others we don't particularly care about.

also kwallet4 shouldn't actually need the daemon so it should be save to seed
moving forward regardless. without the pam the user would have to unlock the
wallet when encountering a kwallet4 app, so for as long as kwallet4 is in
the archive we need to keep the pam around as well.
