Merge the kdeutils-build-standalone branch into trunk.

Let's hope svn merge worked as expected. This should merge revisions
1231685:1245237 and make it possible to build kdeutils as a whole or each
application separately. In order to achieve that, documentation for
each application has been moved into each application's directory and the
CMakeLists.txt files have been changed to cope with the dual build model we now
support.
