Changed handling of non-existant files to use that same style as other places in innobackupex

That is - do not simply ignore error code 2, but on a non-zero exit code, only die if that file actually exists. 
Possibly slightly safer if there are other error codes that could be caused - perhaps due to file removal during tar4ibd-ing
