[r=blake-rouse][bug=][author=trapnine] Changing power parameters on a Node will update the existing BMC instead of creating a new one.
This is new behavior - editing one Node will affect all others using the same BMC. Therefore, we remind the user of this in the UI when multiple nodes are linked to a BMC they are editing on the node details page.
