- Major work regarding SysConfig internals. Now options are accessed
using a "path" concept, and the returned values, if changed, won't
affect the internal configuration.
- Splitted out cache specific channel information into PackageChannel.
- Implemented support for Mirror channels.
- Filters selected in gtk interface are not persistent anymore.
- Splitted out package specific configuration methods into pkgconf.
- Changed hook naming style.
- Changed FileChannel creation scheme.
