Massive clean up for project.py.
* Functions Play(), Stop(), Export() and Record() have been moved to just below __init__() because they are most important.
* Many variables have been renamed so we can understand what they are, and they are more consistent.
* Project.__init__() is now in sections for gstreamer stuff, class variables, etc which makes things much more organized.
