* Remove "from <module> import *" statements in Project, Instrument and Event because they make it hard to keep track of imports and hard to find who calls which modules when.
 * Put in a proper fix for the import dependency hell that came up occasionally instead of a just a work around.
 * Don't append the ToggleArmed command to the undo stack when it is done automatically for the first instrument.
